• Rustuma: Commercial bulk and institutional spices engineered for commercial catering and high-volume kitchens.
• Radio: Regional hot chilli powders delivering intense, calibrated pungency.
• Rasvati: Gourmet jar blends, specialized culinary seasonings, and premium table spices.

While we strive to ensure exact packaging representation on our website, physical packaging graphics, seal configurations, and typography may undergo routine statutory updates per FSSAI regulations and Legal Metrology packaging guidelines.

3. Commercial Quotations & B2B Procurement

All inquiries submitted via our B2B Trade Desk form or WhatsApp button constitute an expression of commercial interest and do not constitute an automated retail purchase agreement:

• Wholesale Dispatch: Wholesale rates, bulk packaging orders (5 Kg, 10 Kg, 25 Kg bags), and distributor allocations are quoted individually based on seasonal market procurement rates from primary Agricultural Produce Market Committees (APMC).
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Specific brand lines, carton dispatches, and customized blending orders are subject to mutually agreed minimum order volumes.
• Logistics & Delivery: Freight, transportation charges, transit insurance, and applicable GST are detailed on official pro-forma tax invoices issued directly by our sales desk.

All trademarks, brand emblems, packaging designs, logos, staged 3D product renders, written copy, and website code relating to Vimal Spices, Rasoiraj, Rustuma, Radio, and Rasvati are the proprietary intellectual property of Vimal Spices.

Reproduction, unauthorized copying, commercial reselling under counterfeit packaging, or automated data extraction of catalog assets without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited under Indian intellectual property laws.

Vimal Spices ensures strict adherence to food safety hygiene standards under FSSAI licensing and statutory food regulations. The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper third-party transit handling, prolonged moisture exposure post-delivery, or off-label usage outside standard culinary and food preparation guidelines.

7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These terms and any commercial transactions or disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
